I find this part
the most funny thing ever
when I watched all the episode
(I had a Maid Sama! marathon)

Although,
the subtitle didn't go well
with the dialog.
This is what Usui's actually saying

"I love maids more than my 3 meals a day,
a complete otaku through and through.
All the cafe that I go to must be a maid-related.
Of course, I am also collecting figurines.
While playing maid video games,
I'll scream "moe! moe!".
And when I get excited,
I will wear my own maid outfit
that I have and scream
"Haa! Haa" out loud"
