Chapter 65: The Vicious Princess

Yes! Finally it's here!
So I'll be giving you a little sneak peek :D
But you'll have to read the manga after this!

At the previous Chapter
which is Chapter 64
Yuuki get to see Kaname's past.
If you read the whole manga
Kaname mentioned that he is
not Yuuki's 'real brother'
and that he would be happier
if he were to be her real brother.
Kaname is actually an ancestor
from 10,000 years ago.
He was brought to life by Rido
who wanted to eat Kaname
and drain all his powers
since Kaname is known to be
a powerful ancestor.
So Kaname has actually
live much longer than any vampire.

When Yuuki woke up
after going through
Kaname's past.
She ran to meet Kaname...


Over here I was quite surprised
because to what I know in VK
Plants and animals despise vampires
to see Yuuki, who is a pureblood vampire,
to be holding a rose like that
amused me.
I don't really know what
is in Hino Matsuri mind
when she did this.
Maybe the rose is covered
with a special serum?
..shrugs..

This part is funny
hahahahaha



At the previous Chapter as well
shows Miss Sara was up to something
rumors were spreading around that
she is gathering an army of girls who
were willing to be vampires.

Besides that
Hanabusa (Aido-senpai) was being imprison
by the Vampire Hunter association.
It is because they wanted to know
what Miss Sara's plans are.
They thought Kaname
has something to do with her plans
and since Hanabusa
works for Kaname
they force Hanabusa
to spill everything out.

They even go to this extent
hahahahahaha
poor Hanabusa
But he didn't know anything
because Kaname wasn't the type
to share problems with others.

In this Chapter
Zero just couldn't understand
why he is always involved with Yuuki

To me I reckon
Zero is just a stubborn child
who wouldn't admit his feelings.
Things are gonna get rough

On the other hand,
Lord Aido (Hanabusa's father)
didn't aspect for an apology
from Yuuki since he is a Noble
and Yuuki is a Pureblood.
I laughed when it comes to this part.

And for Kaname
as usual he has a lot of things to handle
Since he has to make everything right again
after murdering his fiancee, Shizuka.
And yes Shizuka who was responsible
to turn Zero into a vampire
is actually Kaname's fiancee.
In the early chapters,
they mentioned about
Shizuka's past
where she turn a slave
who was supposed to be her meal
into a vampire.
She develop feelings for the slave
even though she already has a fiancee.
Then they mentioned that
Shizuka's fiancee found out about the slave
and sent Zero's parents
who were Elite Vampire Hunters
to kill him.
However, Zero's parents
didn't know that it was Shizuka's lover
because they were only told that they
had to kill a Level-E vampire.
Shizuka got revenge by killing
Zero's parents and made
Zero a vampire.

You can see the twist in this story
and how everything is connected.
I really love the storyline to this manga
because it really amused me.
I also love the way they draw
the characters especially Kaname :D

Okay here's the story
I woke up at about 5.30 in the morning.
I went to toilet and immediately
I switch on my laptop.
At that time I was having the mood
to colour something.
So I look through some black and white drawings
that I've saved in my laptop.
After seeing all of it,
I decided to pick this one!

This is the original drawing
drawn by I don't even know who
I remember taking it from DeviantArt
but I forgot who draw it XD
this drawing originated from a short comic.
All I did was crop it (>w<) haha Then I used photoshop CS3 to colour it. It took me about 3-4 hours to finish the whole thing. But the thing is I enjoyed colouring it XD hahahahaha Thank You For Visiting!

It has been a year since Yuuki meets Zero.
Zero was always in Yuuki's mind
and she thirst for his blood
even though she is often being fed
by Kaname's blood.

One day,
Yuuki decides to go on a solo trip
while Kaname is away for the day.
She happens to pass an alley
when suddenly she was attacked
by Level E vampires.
Although she is now
a pureblood vampire
and she could easily defeat them.
Her memories still haunt her mind
and she was unable to make a move.
One of the vampires knock her down
until she was unconscious.
Right before they could get a taste
of her blood.
A man stood before them
and killed them in a flash.
The man was Kiryu Zero.
A vampire hunter
who is a vampire himself.

Staring at Yuuki
as she lays down on the ground,
Zero carries her on his shoulder
and brings her to his apartment
to let her rest and recover.
Although at the same time
he has a powerful urge to kill her
but he couldn't.

As he was about
to lay Yuuki on the bed..

Yuuki:
(hugs Zero while being half conscious)
(thought: what is this nostalgic scent..)
(hair shifts)

Zero:
(realizes that Yuuki is awake before he could lay her down)

Yuuki:
(thought: such sweet scent...)
(licks Zero's neck)

Zero:
(thought: ahh...this feeling..it turns me on so much)
(smells Yuuki's hair while hugging her)
(thought: I miss her terribly...)

Yuuki:
(thought: I want to have this person's blood...)
(opens her mouth and she is about to feast on Zero)

Zero:
(thought: I'm all yours...Yuuki...)

Yuuki:
(stops right before she bites Zero's neck)

Yuuki:
(thought: this person...who is he...?)
(turns her head to look at Zero)

Zero:
(thought: she stops...why...?)
(stares into Yuuki's eyes when she turns)

Yuuki:
(slowly regaining her consciousness as she stares at Zero)
(thought: ....Ze...Zero?)
..ah..

This is my very first attempt
to actually colour a character
that is NOT of my own drawing
The results turn out
surprisingly good
don't you think?

This is the original drawing
that I took from the manga (VK)
I don't really remember exactly which chapter
but if I'm not mistaken
it's the time when Yuuki & Zero kills Rido.
When I saw this part,
I quickly save it into my laptop
and crop it to make it like this.
That was 2-3 days ago.
Then suddenly
I have somewhat a desire to colour it.
I couldn't resist so
I spend about 2-3 hours
to colour the whole thing plus the finishing touch.
I'm sorry if the background isn't nice
it's because I didn't really have any idea
on what to put in the background.
I just tried out random brushes
until it turned out like that (@_@)

:About:
Kuran Yuuki

In the beginning of the manga
Yuuki's name is actually Cross Yuuki
because she was the adopted child of Cross Kaien.
She's the prefect of Cross Academy
where her duty is to keep watch of
the Day Class students so that they don't get
too close to the Night Class students.
Yuuki's memories were kept hidden
and she could only remember from the day
where Kaname saved her from a Level E vampire.
As the story goes on during her daily routine
she builds up a curiosity regarding her past.
Forcing Kaname to spill the secret out
Yuuki was turned into a vampire by Kaname
and all her past memories came into her.
She was originally a pureblood vampire
whom was transform into a human
by her mother, Kuran Juuri.
Her father, Kuran Haruka,
died to protect her.
Same goes to her brother,
Kuran Kaname,
whom would do anything
to protect his beloved younger sister
from harm & evil.
Therefore, her real name is
Kuran Yuuki.
Yuuki (based on the manga)
means 'a little princess'
because to her family
Yuuki was seen as a little princess.
She's an innocent girl
whom has a large appetite
and also she is very generous.

:About:
Her Love Live
She has two person whom she loves.
Kuran Kaname and Kiryu Zero.
At first, you can see that
the person that she love the most
is Kuran Kaname
because he was the one
who saved Yuuki's life
and he was always by her side
to protect her and to accompany her.
He often visits Yuuki's house (Cross Kaien house)
to meet Yuuki (at that time she was still quite young).
Then Kiryu Zero showed up,
and here we can see that
Yuuki is starting to develop feelings for Zero.
As the story goes on
Yuuki's feelings for Zero grows and grows
more than her feelings towards Kaname.
But when her memories came back to her
and she was turned into a vampire,
her feelings for Kaname grows rapidly
but she still has feelings for Zero
because she couldn't forget about Zero
and that he has drank her blood.
However, she has chosen Kaname
over Zero because Kaname
was destined to be Yuuki's husband
(Incest Marriage)
in order to maintain the population
of the purebloods.

Vampire Knight

This anime (or rather manga)
is about a character name Cross Yuuki
who goes to Cross Academy.
She is the prefect of the academy
along with her childhood friend
Kiryu Zero.
She is the adopted child of Cross Kaien
who is the chairman of Cross Academy.
Surprisingly, Zero is also one of Kaien's adopted child.
The school contain of
Night & Day classes
also Moon & Sun dorms.
The Day class is filled with
normal humans
while the Night class is filled
with abnormal humans,
they are also call as vampires.
A beast that take human form
to trick its prey into its trap.
But one is also known as someone
very beautiful, smart, athletic & powerful.
The only flaw in them is the thirst for blood.
Kuran Kaname
who happens to be the dorm leader
of the Moon dorm
and also the leader among all vampires in the school
also throughout the vampire society.
He is known to be
the last of the Kuran (a pure blood) family.
Each of this respective characters background
(Yuuki, Zero & Kaname)
are really interesting
and it will take a whole day
to write about the story.

All I can write about this anime is
Zero has feelings for Yuuki
so does Kaname.
Yuuki is aware of these.
But she chose Kaname over Zero
even though there's still
little bits of chunk that is for Zero.
Why did she chose Kaname?
It was because she realized that
she herself is a pure blood vampire
and that Kaname claims that Yuuki is his wife.
However, Kaname is also her big brother.

It is a really interesting manga
it's been released since 2005
and it's still going on.
I hope you'll like the anime
as much as I do.

How did it happened?
Well, it started when I was voting
for Usui Takumi through youtube
as The Next Top Most Sexiest Man.
That is when I saw Kiryu Zero on the list.
I voted for him and got curious of what anime is he from.
Then, it stated that he's from Vampire Knight.
From there, I read the manga
and took interest in it.
It took me 2 days (to be exact) to read from chapter 1-64.

How I wish I can buy the whole chapters in books
...sigh...
